Tous les prétextes sont bons, même les plus foireux, pour se forcer à junker.

M’enfin je dis ‘junk’, mais encore une fois, par manque de motivation et d’inspiration, c’est encore juste une petite fournée de portraits vite-fait que j’ai à proposer aujourd’hui.

Une fois n’est pas coutume, c’est une série que j’ai tout juste terminé (les subs avaient pris du retard) qui est à l’honneur : Kanamemo, l’anime qui fait l’apologie du travail des enfants.

Un ‘slice-of-life’ classique, mais comme je les aime : sans un perso masculin à l’horizon, de l’humour foireux, une pointe de iyashi-kei, quelques bons sentiments, et une bonne dose de fanservice yuri~

Encore une fois, on retrouve là l’adaptation d’un 4koma de chez Manga Time KR Comics, éditeur dont je suis plutôt fan et qui est relativement en vogue en ce moment, puisqu’on leur doit tous les 4komas les plus épiques dernierement (sauf Lucky Star) : K-On, Hidamari Sketch et Doujin Work entre autres. À quand un anime M no Oukoku/Masochists Kingdom ?

Avant que ce post ne se transforme en une bonne vieille review digne d’un ‘cinéphile du manga’ bien de chez nous, voici donc les 3 petits junks du jour.

Kana-chan.
Et deuxième 1er rôle à la suite pour la star montante des seiyuu, Aki Toyosaki (Yui de K-on).
Autant dire que je suis déjà un grand fan.
Pour ce qui est du perso, c’est la typique ‘ganbariya’ qu’on a envie d’encourager.
J’aime son design tout à fait banal.

Mika-chan.
La ‘Rie Kugimiya character’ par excellence, mais comment s’en lasser ?
Même si je dois avouer que c’est son côté yuri pour Kana qui m’a laissé tout ‘awww~’.

Haruka-san.
La prédatrice de loli doublée par Yui Horie.
En tant que fan de Yui, je dois dire que j’ai halluciné en entendant ce qu’ils lui faisaient dire/chanter XD
C’était chaque fois un grand moment~
Pour ce qui est de ce junk, j’aime plutôt bien cette expression.

Comme je pense à tout ces junks qui attendent d’être colorier, j’ai du mal à me lancer dans des trucs plus compliqué… Je suis même pas sûr que j’aurai fait quoi que ce soit si y’avait pas eu cette histoire de puissance 4. Du coup je vous donne rendez-vous le mois prochain (dans 2 jours :p ) pour de nouvelles aventures junkiestes, puisqu’il est très peu probable que je colorise le junk de Yuffie ce week-end.

Natsumi Kiyoura – Kanashii hodo aoku (‘Sasameki Koto’ OP)

Ça aura pas mal trainé (pour pas grand chose) mais je viens de finir d’encrer le 1er junk de la galerie avec Manga Studio.

Ce premier essais qui avait pour but de me familiariser avec MS m’aura surtout permis de m’apercevoir de ses limites…

Les rulers c’est cool, mais je trouve que le pen-tool de toshop offre plus de liberté même s’il est beaucoup plus chiant à utiliser. Liberté dans le fait de pouvoir ajouter/effacer des points d’encrage où on veut, alors qu’on est limité à 2 points par traits dans MS. Pour des traits simples comme les meches de cheveux MS rocks, mais dès que c’est des trucs plus compliqué là ça devient och, surtout que la logique des transformations quand on bouge les points est pas super logique justement. En plus bizarrement, là ça se voit pas vu que j’ai réduit l’image, mais les courbes sont parfois pas parfaitement courbes. :/

M’enfin je dis ça, peut-être qu’en mettant le nez avec plus d’attention dans la notice je trouverai comment faire sous MS ce que j’arrive à faire avec PS… Mon toshop CS saoudien est dépassé et confortable comme des vieilles charentaises puantes, mais je kiffe les Ruler Layers et le Snap de MS donc ça me ferait un peu chier de le lacher tout de suite…

New Hayate no Gotoku KITAAAAAAAAAA !!!

Do I ever have to mention again that HnG is the manga I’m most looking forward to everytimes ?

And the nice thing is that this book kept all its promises (yeah, Hyakko #5… orz). I could even say that it was one of the best books of the serie so far. The plot is moving rather slowly (well good thing I would say, don’t want it to end XD), but it gets a well-balanced amount of everything that makes HnG so awesome : romance, lulz, and combat butler action (when did the later one happen for the last time, I wonder ? XD ).

Izumi seems to somewhat remember that Hayate was the boy she kissed when she was younger. GO GO IZUMI ENDING !!!

Wataru gets from his mother one of the mysterious stones that Hayate and Aika-san also own, and that’s the starting point of a turn of events that will make HnG going back into combat butler mode (kinda).

Hina feels down and starts to reconsider her whole ‘I’m waiting Hayate to confess to me’ attitude, when Hayate suddenly shows up…
Hayate : “Hinagiku-san… Isn’t there anything you want to confess to me ?”

Mikado has changed the rule regarding the Sanzen’in inheritance : now the one who takes the stone from Hayate will get the inheritance. And some old chars are back for giving it a try XD

After having his ass owned many times in a few seconds, Gilbert decides to challenge Hayate to a 2 vs 2 beach-volley match, and choses Hinagiku as Hayate’s partner, thinking that she’s the frailest from the crew… AMAI ZO, Gilbert-kun ! Don’t judge a girl by her breasts size, you fool.

Because of a certain event from the previous volume, Hina believes that Hayate luvs fragile girls… and decides to act as one by losing on purpose… Kimoi~ XD (< watch/read Kannagi if you don’t get this)

Hina-san will have the opportunity to get again one step forward Ayumu in next volume with that ‘restaurant event’. Not mentionning that she seems to be ready to put her pride aside and to confess to Hayate sometime. But I get the feeling that Athena won’t let this happen…

Wow… Been 9 months since the previous volume. FRIKKIN MISSED THIS MANGA.

One thing I like about Hyakko is that the books themself are always made of win. This time, it gets a whole pic on the other side of the cover ! Never saw that before ! Nice stuff~
Ain’t really visible on this pic, but the back of the uncovered book gets none other than Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li XD

Volume 4 was epic on many points. As for this volume, it was… hmmm how could I say it…

Surprising.

Was epic, for sure. But not in a way you have known before. Well, that’s what make Hyakko’s quality, finally. But still… I guess it’s safe to consider this book as a ‘gaiden’ of the actual manga.

As always, read the comments below the random scans for more info, since I suck at making decent descriptions.

These 4 characters are actually the main characters of the book. The book is divised in 4 chapters, each chapter focusing on one of them.
But , the 3 first chapters are actually an arc with a plot. PLOT ? IN MY HYAKKO ? :o

Chapter 1 : Kirin
so the whole thing starts when Torako meets a cute girl that even yankees are afraid of : Kirin Muromachi (kirin : girafe, back with animal names again XD)

Kirin is one of the ‘Four Emperors'(Shitennou), meaning one of the four biggest badasses in the school.
She actually intends to be the new seitokaichou, but her rival for the election is one of the other shitennou : Takaya (hawk).

Takaya, helped by his right arm Kitsune, is ready to use any dirty trick for winning the election, like sending random guys attacking Kirin.

Wait… did my Hyakko become some fighting manga ?
Even Torako ain’t sure about it anymore XD

chapter 2 : Shishimaru
After having pwnd the random guys, Kirin gets to fight the mid-boss brought by Kitsune, the third of the shintennou guys who’s none other than our old erobaka Shishimaru XD

Shishimaru wins the fight (like every stupid pervert, he’s uberly strong XD ), but…
Torako : “ah wait, you hit a girl ! SAITTEEEEE !!!”

Chapter 3 : Takaya
Final chapter of the seitokai arc, with Takaya’s motives being revealed, and the final fight (?!?) for being the seitokaichou.

Now, that’s really fighting manga.

Chapter 4 : Kumahiko
The chapter involving the last of the shitennou guys is actually a good old crazy Hyakko chapter~
Torako decides to help Kuma, her childhood friend and obligatory ‘guy who looks scary but is actually a shy and kind guy’, to overcome his shyness toward girls.

So yeah… I enjoyed it pretty much, but to be honest not as much of the previous ones. It’s just that I’m so a sucker for slice-of-life and iyashi-kei, and Hyakko was truly one of the best from this genre, so I can’t help feeling a bit disappointed. Anyway, looking forward to the next book~

Je viens de commencer à lire le nouveau GTO, ‘Shounan 14 Days’… Ça fait plaisir de retrouver Onizuka, mais pour l’instant pas de quoi casser 3 pattes à un lama… Pour ce qui est des anime : Sasameki Koto et Seitokai no Ichizon FTW.

Je devrais avoir honte de gratter des posts pour si peu, mais après tout… c’est ça un blog…

… nan en vrai j’essaie de faire un Puissance 4 avec les cases du calendrier. :o

Je viens tout juste de m’apercevoir qu’on vient de passer à l’heure d’hiver. Personne m’a prévenu et j’avoue j’avais complètement zappé tellement ce truc me fait chier.

M’enfin bref. Je sais pas pourquoi j’étais parti pour changer mon avat’ sur pixiv, puis j’ai fini par le colorier. Comme j’ai plusieurs posts manga en draft je gratte un post histoire de varier et puis parce que j’ai rien posté depuis 2 jours (je viens de m’acheter Smackdown vs Raw 2010, comme si iM@S suffisait pas >_>).

J’ai fait l’encrage et les couleurs sous topshop direct sur l’image réduite sans me prendre la tête. C’était surtout pour retrouver un peu mes sensations. Bon forcement avec la taille j’ai pas fait dans le détail.

Pour ce qui est de celui que j’étais en train de faire sous Manga Studio, il a toujours pas bougé depuis mercredi.

OMG, j’ai créé un monstre ! XD

Je vais essayer d’avancer un peu aujourd’hui si j’ai pas trop la flemme ou si je suis pas tenté de distribuer des coups de la corde à linge à tout-va.

We have waited 13 months for it, and it’s finally here. New Lucky Star fix.

It’s always a bit difficult to find something to say about manga as famous as Lucky Star, because you guys already know what you will find in it. Slice-of-life, random situations, light humor, otaku talk… Everything you have known before is still here. But with uber awesome art.

Now, about what this book brings new in the RakiSutaverse (more details in the random scans’ comments as usual) :

– Konata and her crew are now college students (they have graduated at the end of volume 6). But actually, we don’t really get to see their campus life.

– Yutaka, Minami and Hiyori are now second-year. Sakuraba-sensei was the teacher in charge of their class during first-year, but for their second-year it’s Kuroi-sensei. So rejoice, Nanako fans, she’ll still be around.

– 2 new characters get introduced : Izumi Watase, and Patrica Martin (!?)

Yoshimizu-sensei’s art is really at its best, making LS even more enjoyable to read. Just like volume 6, volume 7 contained a nice bunch of delicious sketches. The author has been doing lot of effort on the characters’ clothes, they all look very cool. OH MAN I MISSED YOU LUCKY STAR

As I said, we don’t really get to see Kona-chan & co as college students. We just get some hints, such as the fact that everybody got separated, except Konata and Misao who ended up in the same university.

Randomness~
First comic, first panel : I so looove Minami’s funny faces. The author is definitely the only one who can make Minami looks this funny and cute. People calling Minami a Nagato-character : you’re all so fucking wrong.
Last comic : Misao and Ayano call Kagamin ‘Hiiragi(-chan)’, but they respectively call Tsukasa ‘Tsukasa’ and ‘Hi-chan’. Kagami : “(Wait… isn’t there something wrong here ?)” XD
On a side note, there’re some unexpected developmenta between some characters. Like, Tsukasa and Ayano actually became great friends. There’s even a comic about them sending mails to each others a whole night, or going out just the two of them.

So, here’s the whole deal about Patty in this book :
As a reminder, Patty is a character who’s been created for the drama cd. Tho KyoAni gave her decent time of appearance in the anime, the author just never knew how to use her in the actual manga. So, she appeared only a few times until now.
But seems like the author finally thought of a way of using her in the story : Patty is an exchange student who comes to live at Konata’s place. But doing so, the author has actually RESETED ALL THE CHARS’ MEMORIES OF PATTY O_o
She got introduced just as if she had never appeared before, and nobody knows her. She directly joins Yutaka’s class as a second year student, making all the time they spent as first-years as if it never happened.
Really weird… but heh, now Patty gets a reason to appear more often, so I guess it’s ok… ?

Izumi is an iinchou (most likely the one of Yutaka’s class, Hiyori calls her iinchou in the last comic) but she doesn’t want anyone to know that she’s an otaku… failed at it XD

Tsukasa is asked by Kona-chan to get a sign from Akira-sama, but ends up giving her own name. XD

I’ve already arged many times and on many place about how I wanted to see LS characters in short stories instead of 4koma, even if it’s just once in a while. Looks like the author heard me, since he delivered a very vey VERY cute SHORT STORY, full of YutaMina goodness and awesome art.
The school is organizing some marathon event, and Yutaka and Minami get a light argument cause Yutaka doesn’t want Minami to give up on the race for looking after her. This thing was so damn cute… Hope to see more of these things in the future. GJ, Yoshimizu-sensei !

And I’m done already. I know, that was only a few scans, but since LS is all about randomness it’s hard to find comics which stand out and on which I have something to comment about.

I guess it’s about time for KyoAni to make another season, don’t you think ? The graduation event from volume 6 would come in handy for an ending to it~

Well, until then… I guess I will really have to get a PSP this chrismas for getting my next LS fix…

Je crois que je vais bientôt pouvoir m’y mettre (un peu plus) sérieusement…

Me suis mis un peu à Manga Studio. J’ai enfin compris comment ouvrir en .jpg et sauver en .psd.

J’aime beaucoup les Rulers. Beaucoup plus pratique que le pen tool de mon vieux toshop CS saoudien. Surtout qu’on peut les mettre sur un calque (Ruler Layer) et tracer les traits sur un autre. Du coup les ‘chemins’ restent toujours accessibles, on peut les masquer ou les redimensionner à loisir. J’aime beaucoup aussi le ‘Snap’, ce truc qui fait que dès que le pointeur est proche d’un chemin, il est ‘aimanté’ et donc le tracé suit le chemin automatiquement. C’est vraiment pété. J’ai juste l’impression par contre que les courbes sont moins ‘belles’ qu’avec toshop.

Ça m’a pas pris plus de 2 minutes à faire ces quelques traits, alors que j’aurai mis facilement trois quart d’heures avec mon vieux CS. Bon là Eri c’etait juste pour m’entrainer, je vais essayer de reprendre tous mes junks du plus vieux au plus récent.

Après avoir zieuté les 480 pages de la notice (duh), je dois dire que les capacités qu’offre ce logiciel laissent vraiment rêveur, surtout sur la création de pages (c’est son rôle premier quand même) avec les trames et tout. Mais bon c’est pas demain la veille que j’arriverai à me servir correctement de ce logiciel bien trop riche pour moi. Donc pour l’instant je vais déjà me concentrer sur l’encrage de mes bon vieux junks… entre iM@S DS, 12 volumes de ToLoveRu, et le prochain SmackDown vs RAW qui sort à la fin de la semaine… orz

Je m’étais un peu donné comme objectif de faire ne serait-ce quelques portraits rapide tous les 3, 4 jours mais cette histoire de ‘job d’un jour’ m’a un peu cassé le rythme. Quoi qu’il en soit voilà une petite fournée que j’avais commencé plus tôt dans la semaine.

Ce coup-ci c’est Sora no Manimani, puisque j’ai vu le dernier episode dans la semaine.

SoraMani… C’est le genre de manga, comme Hyakko, qui me rend content de lire des manga en jap, car boudé par le scantrad et les éditeurs. Donc j’ai cette sensation que le manga m’appartient un peu. J’imagine que ça n’arrive pas qu’à moi. C’est un peu comme quand on voit un manga qu’on adore être enfin licensié, on devrait être content mais en fait ça fait un peu chier de voir que ça tombe dans ‘le commun des mortels’. Enfin bref, grattage de post avec quelques junks foireux, c’est parti !

Pas que j’avais spécialement envie de la junker, mais vu que c’est l’héroine je me suis senti un peu obligé… Bon j’aime bien Mihoshi quand même, hein. Surtout que c’est Kanae Ito dans l’anime (fly ! fly ! FLY !)

Je pensais que j’aurais été le premier à la dessiner sur pixiv, mais 2 personnes m’ont battu. XD

Et en bonus : Eri de iM@S DS. Forcément.
J’ai été (agréablement) surpris en découvrant sa voix. C’est vrai qu’à première vu on aurait pu penser à une Chihaya n°2 à cause de son côté un peu ‘froid’, sans parler du fait que c’est une hikikomori, donc on pouvait s’attendre à une voix plutôt grave. Mais finalement c’est elle la voix la plus ‘moe’ du trio, et elle lui va finalement très bien. Sans doute pour contrer le rival ‘Dream Club’ et son armada de seiyuu pro (dont Yuko Goto et Ami Koshimizu), ils sont allé chercher pour changer une seiyuu avec un peu plus d’experience niveau anime que les autres (mise à part Iori/Rie Kugimiya bien sur), Kana Hanazawa. Et on entend tout de suite la difference, puisqu’elle offre une prestation assez exceptionnelle aussi bien dans les répliques que dans le chant (qui n’est finalement pas le point fort des autres seiyuu du jeu, à part Azusa/Chiaki Takahashi). En plus de ça elle a la chance de beneficier d’une chanson très entrainante, faisant facilement partie des 5 meilleurs de tout le répertoire iM@S.
Bref, MY ANGEL.

J’ai installé Manga Studio EX 4, mais comme cette journée est bizarrement passée très vite j’ai finalement pas pu m’y essayer vraiment. J’avais aussi commencé à ‘tracer’ un truc sous toshop à l’ancienne, maintenant que j’ai retrouvé ma NEET-life faut que je m’y remette…
