Been a long time without manga posts.

And joy on earth, though I’ve almost forgotten about it, the newest Hayate volume got released in japan last week. Got released here yesterday, and immediately gave it a read because HAYATE CAN’T WAIT.

And since every new Hayate release is a major event to me, here is the obligatory random scans post. Well, compared to previous Hayate posts, I don’t really have that much to post this time. Actually, somewhat like the previous volume, this book was a ‘transition’ volume. The ‘Wataru-mama arc’ ended, and the rest of the book is about the crew getting ready and gathering in Greece for what will probably be the most important arc of the manga and which would probably starts in next volume (I’m just hoping that this arc won’t be the last one orz).

One particular thing I want to say though :

Izumi is the one for Hayata-kun.

My love for Izumi grew a bit again after reading this book. Well, since I’m all for a Ayu x Hina pairing and that Sakuya’s chances for getting Hayate are near from 0%, I’m now totally rooting for a Hayate x Izumi ending. Ok, it gets like 1% of chance to happen but still… Izumi is MAI ENJE~RU.

Ok, time to deliver some <3s.

Wataru-mama : “Long ago, there was a person who was loved even by God. I really loved that person. You can call it ‘adoration’ too. But one day, this person got married with somebody else. It was a huge shock to me.”

At first, I thought that Wataru-mama was gay for Nagi-mama because of the flashback pic. But now that I think of it, since she doesn’t mention any name, it is also possible that she was in love with the guy Nagi-mama got married with. As for why the guy looks like Hayate… well, let’s not think too deeply about it, and just guess that it means that Nagi-mama was in love with her butler. Probably not Hayate’s big bro, or else it would make Hayate to be Nagi’s uncle XD

Nagi’s dreams are becoming more and more perverted ._.

I like seeing Miki and Risa supporting Izumi’s love for Hayata-kun. Well, they mostly pick on her, and I guess that Miki would be glad to see Hayate out of the picture and not interfering with her yuri love for Hinagiku. XD But still, that’s lovely.
And Izumi’s reactions hit me with intense moe every times <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Hamzawa-san too finally gets her ‘snow-white’ scene. I guess it make her being a step forward Hinagiku. Well, on a side note, I get the feeling that Hina’s chances for getting Hayate are dropping down badly. Firstly because of her ‘I hate to lose so I’m waiting Hayate to confess to me instead of confessing to him’ attitude, and secondly, as Hamzawa-san said in this volume, Hinagiku is just too great for Hayate XD
… That saddens me a bit though…

On a side note, I’m still watching the anime version. That’s the exact adaptation of the manga, so no surprises but very enjoyable, I’m totally satisfied with this show. It’s a gallery of cute faces. Made some screenies, I think I’ll make a post about it later.
