While I’m at it, quick post for posting some Hyakko scans (viva copy-pasta !).

Just something I need to say first : Hyakko is, with Hayate no Gotoku, my favorite manga from everything I’m reading now. One of the funniest manga I’ve read recently, and it has some bit of yuri, which makes it one of the best slice-of-life manga evar.

Again, a bunch of new characters got introcued, like Chie the cute robot-maniac, and Inori the girl who never had any friends cause she is frikkin scary XD

S : “Torako will die in one week… T_T ”

T : “Suzu, you’re not telling her your phone number ?”
S : “W-… Won’t I be cursed or something ?”
I : “…fufufu”
T : “DENY IT !”
I : “Ah, y- yes. I won’t curse my friends, you know…”

And yet another girl who wants Torako badly <3

The volume ends with a long chapter about Tohma, introducing her and her relationship with the crew. This chapter was awesome on many levels, really well written IMO and full of love & piece (and yuri vibes).

Simply great. Also, Touma is now my fav character in Hyakko,
she’s so hawt. <3

– Volume 3

Volume 3 got a bit of drama, since it introduced
Torako’s brother and sister.
I must say that I wub Oniyuri
and her relationship with Torako <3 <3 <3
Also, Suzu <3 <3 <3

The second half was like always great comedy.

Been a while I didn’t post some HnG scans and write something in english, so in-before a post about the epic 17h volume that I just have read, here comes random scans for the 14th, 15th and 16th volumes~

– Volume 14

From the preview of the next volume, it seems that the next extreme love & piece event will be… SAKUYA EVENT !!!

Heh, the preview was finally pretty misleading, cause it was only showing the panel in which she’s saying “but I really like that part of you”… Well, rather, I so wanted to see some Hayate x Sakuya to happen that I didn’t think a single second that this line would be aimed at somebody else orz

No need to mention that I don’t really approve this turn of events (I feel like it’s an easy way for Hata-sensei to get ‘rid’ of 2 side-characters from the love equation), but well I have to respect the author’s choice… In fact it was just a ‘minor event’ which apparantly didn’t have any consequences on their relationship in the end, but still I have to consider Saku x Wataru to be a possible pairing now… :/

In that scene, Hayate casually reveals that he has an older brother, and that there is a quite large age difference between the two of them.

Well… Guessing Hata-sensei’s way of thinking and considering the “Maria-san is Hayate’s childhood girlfriend” thing, my 25 cents that Hayate’s onii-san is Nagi’s former butler (what was his name again… Himegami ?). On a side note, this scene also reveals that Sakuya always wanted a big brother (one other than Gilbert. XD ), or more exactly that she always wanted to say ‘onii-chan’. XD Bro-con Saku moe~

Again, there was a large part of Ayu & Hina being buddy-buddy <3
Hehe this kind of scenes has always reminded me of FFVII (Yuffie~ <3)

After Saki, Sister, Nagi (?), and Sakuya, he now gets his hand on the very cute Aika-san <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Now that Hayate and his harem are second-year students,
cute kouhai appear~

This volume contained a chapter about Maria’s days as Hakuoh’s seitokaichou.

and it was all greatness.

Damn that is even worse than School Rumble… Hinagiku, Ayumu, Sakuya or Izumi ??? I definitely can’t choose the one who must get the happy end :/
